As part of our metal department, we have a fully automated stud welding machine from German HBS, which is used for fastening braces, threads, bolts, nuts, bushings, cable lugs, etc., to thin sheet metal elements or other structural parts in various materials such as aluminium and stainless steel.

In stud welding, bolts and braces are welded firmly to thin sheet items without the weld being visible on the front side. This makes the method suitable for making front panel solutions, as well as for thin sheet parts that are later to be integrated or retrofitted. Our stud welding is state-of-the-art CNC-controlled technology, which makes the process highly efficient and production time short, as the stud welder handles several different types of braces, lengths and sizes in a single set-up.

We are continuously working to optimise our production and automate our processes. We have done this with a fully automated stud welding robot from HBS, which is the most efficient on the market. We also work to the highest standards of precision. We have a high capacity for the process, as it is fast and therefore cost-effective. We have the possibility to run small, medium and very large batches on the machine. Set-up time is fast, and the precision and accuracy of the machine always ensures consistent quality.
