Optical bonding is a three-part bonding process in which an optical adhesive material is used to assemble three layers of display, touch and finally glass. A distinction is made between liquid and solid adhesive material, where we at Metalwo only use the first one, also known as LOCA. By using liquid material, uneven surfaces can be bonded, so increasing the flexibility of the process.
