We print on metal, plastic, self-adhesive films and glass with durable, lightfast and intense colours in a quality where even small details stand out sharply, for example, film keypads, glass front panels, aluminium front panels and metal signs. Indoors and outdoors.

We have fully automated systems for everything from small and medium-sized batches to very large batches. This makes our serigraphy department highly competitive, including our fully automated Sakurai line with traditional drying, infrared and UV drying, as well as automatic stackers and feeders for even very large print runs.

Serigraphy is one of Metalwo’s core competencies. We have over 35 years of experience in serigraphy printing on a wide variety of materials. We customise our process to the individual customer and always make sure to be competitive. Even for small batches, we have fast and flexible machines that make set-up times short, so smaller batch sizes can be produced at attractive prices.

We use silk screen printing to produce film keypads, overlays, control panels, glass and touch fronts and a wide range of metal items.

We understand the importance of high-quality serigraphy printing with a great finish, as many of our customers have high demands and expectations of the quality we deliver. Typically, our products are used in both indoor and outdoor environments, which places high demands on our processes. It is about the quality of materials, the quality of colours and the combination of these.

We use measuring equipment to make sure you get the right colour, whether we need to match RAL, Pantone, NCS or other colour scales.
