We have developed a process where we are able to dispense liquid gaskets. Traditional expensive foam gaskets are now being replaced by liquid gaskets where the material is customised to the task. We can mould all types of gaskets that may be required. The process is highly precise, but at the same time incredibly cost-effective. The only requirement is a drying time of between 24-48 hours. We use Janome for dispensing gaskets and bonding glass, touch and many kinds of materials to each other.

Silicone liquid gaskets are an optimal alternative to expensive and inflexible foam gaskets. Silicone dispensing ensures a precise and durable seal that fulfils the requirements of even high IP classes. Silicone is easy to customise in hardness, shape, type and dimension according to the materials and needs at hand. It is a method that allows gaskets to be fitted very cost-effectively.

We also have extensive experience in assembling aluminium parts with liquid glue, even in the most complex ways, as an alternative to welding. This dispensing process is clean and efficient and only requires drying time at room temperature.
